Fox 29's "Good Day" Believes in Saint Cyril School
February 24th - Our school Dance-A-Thon was a great success.
Fox 29 "Good Day Philadelphia" filmed between 6:30 and 9:00 AM, and the event was also covered by CN8, 6ABC, and of course Linda Reilly of the Delaware County Daily Times.  The Phillie Phantic and two of the Sixers Dancers were big hits as well as our dancing faculity.  Great fun was had by all, and the effort raised at least $15 thousand dollars for the Save Saint Cyril School Fund.

I have to reiterate what has been said numerous times already - thank you to everyone who is working to make Tommy's (and all of the student's) wish come true! It is so awesome to part of this experience. The sense of community that is present at all of our meetings really says something about our parish. It will be a great story to tell my children when they begin their elementary education at St. Cyril's (in two years)! Let's keep up the good work! Thanks also to the Home & School Association for all of their work on today's Dance-a-thon!! The coverage was awesome! What a great memory for the kids!  $100,000 here we come!!!!

WOW!!!!! What an unbelievable experience today was! Our students had a blast at the Dance A Thon. To see the kids have fun and raise money to save their school sent chills down my back. I'm so proud of them for working so hard. If you ever need to learn a line dance stop by the school and they'll be happy to teach you!!! Special thanks to the teachers. I think they had more fun than the students. Also thanks to David Dodge - what a wonderful family!

Keep working hard boys and girls and adults too. We are praying for all of you to reach your goal! When you believe this much, it will happen--so count on school being open again and again and again. It is so wonderful to see the community come together and work towards what is important for our children's future (and ours), but have fun at the same time....Keep on being Positive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just a P.S. Note---- If these children put on this successful dance marathon--AMAZINGLY done,, I might add=I can't wait for the future when they're running the country :)
